TV màn hình lớn nhưng chỉ xem đc youtube, các ứng dụng khác đều không có tài khoản đăng nhập để xem được 3. Dịch vụ chưa tốt: - Số điện thoại chủ nhà cung cấp đều trong tình trạng thuê bao, khó liên hệ được với chủ nhà dù trong phòng có dán thông tin số khác liên hệ 24/7 nhưng cũng trong tình trạng thuê bao. - Xin lễ tân thêm khăn tắm thì được yêu cầu là tự xuống tầng 1 lấy mặc dù phòng mình trên tầng 3 - Yêu cầu bổ sung thêm sữa tắm thì nhận được phản hồi là sữa tắm tại khách sạn hết sạch nên không fill thêm được

Phòng tệ, cửa phòng vệ sinh ko có tấm che, kê giường phụ nhưng là giường gấp, chăm sóc khách ko tận tình và rõ ràng, cuối cùng phải bỏ cọc để sang bên khác

I booked this hotel four weeks in advance, selected a specific room, and clearly stated that I would arrive around 10:00 PM. Despite this, the experience was completely unacceptable from the moment we arrived. Upon check-in, we were given a room that was nothing like the one advertised. Instead of the booked room, we were placed on the first floor with no windows. The room was extremely old and in very poor condition. Most disturbing of all was the overwhelming smell — a strong, moldy, stale odor that can only be described as resembling a room where a dead body had been left for days. It was absolutely unbearable. The bed sheets did not smell clean or fresh, and it genuinely felt as if they had not been changed after the previous guest. Given the overall condition and smell of the room, hygiene was clearly not a priority. When I complained about the odor, the owner’s response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of offering a room change or a proper solution, she suggested burning scented oil in the room to “fix” the smell. This is not an acceptable solution under any circumstances. I also pointed out that the room was not the one I had booked, to which she openly admitted that she had given my reserved room to another guest because they were staying longer. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially since the booking was made weeks in advance. To make matters worse, she then told us that if we were unhappy, we could take our money and find another hotel, even though it was already almost 11:00 PM. Expecting guests to leave and find accommodation that late at night shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. After I said we would stay only because we had no other option at that hour and that I would leave an honest review, the owner’s husband appeared a few minutes later and offered 120,000 VND as compensation. While this was better than nothing, it was clearly offered only out of fear of a negative review, not genuine concern for the guests. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Misleading listings, terrible hygiene, shocking odor, and an unprofessional attitude from the owner make this place absolutely not recommendable. I strongly advise against staying here.

여기 숙소는 하이퐁역에서 걸어서5분에7분 사이에 있습니다. 다만, 도로가에서 30m 정도 작은 골목을 지나서 들어와야 한다는 점. 3층 건물인점 참고. 글구 항상 주인이 상주 하지 않는 다는 것, 전화나 문자 또는 예약시 접속 한 앱에서 글 쓰기를 하면 됨. 또한 엘레베이터가 없다는점.
